Our Senior Housing Communities are currently utilizing a diverse array of telephony solutions, resulting in inefficiencies and fragmented communication systems.

Project Objective:

The objective of this project is to standardize and streamline the telephony infrastructure by migrating all communities to a single, unified phone system. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce maintenance complexity, and improve overall communication reliability.

Current Project Status:

The project is currently in the discovery phase. This involves:
  1. Vendor Assessment: Evaluating potential vendors to identify the most suitable unified phone system solution.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collecting detailed requirements from each community to ensure the selected system meets all operational needs.
  3. Current System Analysis: Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing phone systems across all communities to understand the migration scope and identify any potential challenges.
